Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join their growing Development Infrastructure team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and technically strong engineer with at least 8 years' experience who is ready to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, overseeing the delivery of roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities design across a diverse portfolio of developments including regeneration, residential, healthcare, education, aviation and mixed-use schemes.

The role will involve managing project teams, mentoring engineers and working closely with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and commercial standards.

Applicants should have strong experience in development infrastructure design, including flood risk assessments, SuDS, highways, drainage strategies and planning approvals such as S38 and S278 agreements. A strong understanding of UK design standards and proficiency in software including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage would be highly advantageous.

This position is ideally suited to a confident leader who enjoys managing teams, developing client relationships and driving project delivery.
