The practice are actively seeking an experienced, job running Architectural Technologist to join their head office in Leicester, East Midlands. This will be an ideal opportunity to progress in your career as an Architectural Technologist, as the practice regularly promote from within. What they are seeking in an Architectural Technologist:

  • UK recognised qualifications at degree level or equivalent.
  • Approximately 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice environment.
  • Full proficiency in the use of Revit software.
  • Experience of working in various sectors, but with Industrial/Logistics projects being of most interest.
  • Job running experience is a must for this role.
  • Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, alongside experience of planning application drawings and feasibility proposals.

What's in it for you? Aside from an attractive salary in the region of £38,000-£44,000 per annum (dependant on experience), the practice hold incentive based reviews 3 times a year, with salary increments added depending on performance, along with various other benefits including hybrid working.
