About the role
Are you ready to move into a role where your technical skills, creativity and project ownership can really develop? This Cheshire-based RIBA Chartered practice is expanding and now looking for an Architectural Technologist with solid industry experience who’s eager to progress. You’ll work in brand-new, modern offices, enjoy a hybrid working model that genuinely works, and contribute to a wide range of commercial-sector projects across the North-west and UK. This is a practice known for its stability, strong reputation, and collaborative culture — now 40+ years established and home to around 25 talented architectural and construction professionals.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting project delivery across commercial schemes, contributing to both design and technical stages
- Producing coordinated technical information, drawings and specifications
- Working closely with Architects, Technologists and external consultants
- Managing elements of your own workload with guidance from senior team members
- Growing your confidence in running smaller projects or defined work packages
- Developing towards more responsibility and long-term progression pathways

- Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist
- Around 3–5 years UK practice experience
- Strong technical understanding and good design awareness
- Confidence working on commercial-sector projects (or a willingness to learn)
