Conrad Consulting is proud to be working with an established and growing building consultancy to recruit an Associate Building Surveyor for their Hertfordshire office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to step into a senior leadership role within a business that has developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality public sector projects across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North London and Essex.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project delivery across a varied portfolio and play an active role in the continued growth and development of the business. Working predominantly on project-focused instructions, you will oversee the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and capital improvement schemes across education, healthcare, local authority and community assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the delivery of complex building surveying and project work.
  • Managing and developing key public sector client relationships.
  • Overseeing contract administration and project management services.
  • Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members.

  • Full UK driving licence.
