Enthusiastic and ambitious RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistants wanted to join busy, South-Manchester studio on a full-time basis.
Our client have had an excellent year.
They have undergone quite a significant transition into a more well-rounded design team and have grown the office with some exceptionally talented new hires.
Their next strategic appointment would ideally be a degree qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
The team need additional support at RIBA stages 0-3 on a wide variety of Residential schemes (New-build homes and listed buildings).
We would hope that the RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant can demonstrate experience (Or a detailed understanding of) working across all RIBA stages.
Ideally candidates will meet the following criteria
·Minimum of 12 months practical experience (UK based preferred).
·Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level. (We will consider experienced RIBA Part 1 applicants).
·Residential sector experience.
·Experienced at RIBA stages 0-3 preferred.
·Excellent design capabilities. Evidenced in a portfolio.
·Working knowledge of Auto CAD is essential. REVIT/Photoshop/In Design/Sketchup would be beneficial.
There will be the occasional requirement to visit site so it is preferred that candidates will have a driving licence and access to a car when required.
A salary of up to £32,000 is available for candidates that meet the criteria outlined. Interviews can be offered at short notice.
