The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering large‑scale architectural projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on producing high‑quality technical packages and ensuring smooth running of the projects.
Key Requirements
- ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect or CIAT Chartered Technologist
- Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience
- Proven track record in the Education sector (Secondary Schools desirable)
- Proven experience working on Large scale Residential projects (desirable)
- Strong communication skills – confident in client‑facing roles and the CEM process
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Demonstrable job‑running ability and knowledge of UK legislation
- Sketching/hand‑drawing skills advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
