What You\βll Do:
- Take full ownership of projects-from first sketch to final sign-off
- Build brilliant client relationships and lead site visits with confidence
- Shape elegant, efficient designs that stand out (and stand strong)
- Mentor junior talent and help shape the studio\βs future
- Collaborate closely with hands-on Directors in a genuinely open, energetic environment
What You\βll Bring:
- 5+ years\β experience in structural design (ideally with a creative edge)

- Revit skills a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
