Our client is a dynamic consultancy known for delivering beautifully crafted high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects. With exciting new work flying in, they\’re on the hunt for a Senior Structural Engineer who\’s hungry to lead, create, and inspire.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of projects-from first sketch to final sign-off
  • Build brilliant client relationships and lead site visits with confidence
  • Shape elegant, efficient designs that stand out (and stand strong)
  • Mentor junior talent and help shape the studio\’s future
  • Collaborate closely with hands-on Directors in a genuinely open, energetic environment

What You\’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years\’ experience in structural design (ideally with a creative edge)
  • Passion for architecture and high-quality design
  • Revit skills a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
  • Clear communicator, confident decision-maker
  • Chartered or working towards it (IStructE/ICE)
  • Ambition, curiosity, and a good sense of humour
