About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client, a globally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy expanding their Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Aviation or Infrastructure sectors bringing expertise in project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives and support the growth of the team.
- Oversee JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator.
- Monitor project progress, update programmes, and track risks, budgets, and actions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial brief through to completion.
- Deliver client-focused leadership, ensuring high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, chair meetings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Procure and manage consultants and contractors effectively.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in Aviation or Infrastructure.
- Working towards or holding chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, or equivalent).
- NEC experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
