Conrad Consulting is partnering with a leading international consultancy to recruit a Senior Data Analyst to join their expanding Project Controls and Digital Performance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data professional to work on major infrastructure, construction, and capital investment programmes, helping clients make informed decisions through high-quality data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming complex project data into meaningful insights, supporting project teams and senior stakeholders in driving performance, identifying trends, and improving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of project and programme performance data across complex projects.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and management information to support project controls and decision-making.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for clients and project teams.
  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance issues through detailed data analysis.
  • Collaborate with project controls, planning, commercial, and risk teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
  • Support the development of reporting frameworks, data governance processes, and performance metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and client leadership teams.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continued development of the data and analytics capability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, or project performance analytics.
  • Strong experience analysing large and complex datasets within project, programme, or portfolio environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting and visualisation tools.
  • Experience developing executive-level dashboards and management reporting packs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience supporting major infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital project environments would be advantageous.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
