This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who enjoys a strong project bias, working across a diverse portfolio while developing expertise in technical delivery and client-facing responsibilities.
The Role
- Delivering project-focused building surveying services across multiple sectors
- Preparing detailed specifications and schedules of work
- Managing projects through all stages, from inception to completion
- Acting as Contract Administrator on JCT contracts
- Advising on and navigating Building Regulations and planning applications
- Providing technical guidance with a strong emphasis on building technology
About You
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Ideally MCIOB or MRICS qualified
- Experience in project-led surveying roles within a consultancy environment
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration
- Solid understanding of Building Regulations and planning processes
- Excellent specification writing and technical detailing skills
- Proactive, client-focused, and commercially aware
