A medium-sized Architectural studio in Manchester is looking for A Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing team. They are part of a larger, national AJ100 Architectural practice spanning the breadth of the UK. The company work across sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare, delivering well crafted, technically robust buildings that make a positive impact in the region. What you ll do Technical design - Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and coordinated construction information. Project support - Work closely with architects, consultants and contractors throughout all project stages. Practice-wide support- Mentor and guide lesser-experienced colleagues. Regulatory compliance - Ensure designs meet current Building Regulations, planning requirements and best practice standards. BIM/Revit delivery - Contribute to our digital workflows and help maintain accurate project models.
