Senior Architect required to join leading, Lancashire-based Architectural practice on a full-time, permanent basis.

This company has gone from strength to strength in recent years and in light of several newly-commissioned schemes have an immediate requirement for a Senior Architect to join their growing team near Burnley, Lancashire. They work across a multitude of design sectors including Commercial, Residential, Office and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the team on various architectural projects.
  2. Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
  3. Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. ARB/RIBA Chartered (Minimum 3 years post-qualification).
  2. UK-based experience.
  3. Knowledge/experience within one of the following sectors: Commercial/Office/Education/Retail/Residential.
  4. ArchiCad, Microstation, AutoCAD or REVIT capabilities.
  5. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
