We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in London. With decades of experience, our firm has solidified its reputation as one of the UK's leading architectural consultancies, boasting over 250 skilled architects, designers, heritage consultants, and surveyors across 14 offices both domestically and internationally.
As a Senior Architect at our London studio, you will engage in diverse and creative projects within the high-end residential sector, with a careful focus on conservation and heritage. We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for architecture and design and are eager to contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from design to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with a talented team of professionals in a friendly and collegial atmosphere.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Project Architect Requirements:
- RIBA Chartered Architect status.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
- Proven experience managing a variety of high-end private residential projects, ideally with a focus on conservation.
- Technical competence and hands-on site experience.
- Experience managing a team while taking responsibility for the financial and commercial success of projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD & NBS software is essential.
- A strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
