Recently Qualified Architect required to join a multi-disciplinary design and planning consultancy who specialise in rural land and property asset development.
Located in their modern contemporary studio overlooking the canal in the delightful market town of Skipton BD23, complete with the additional benefit of super flexible hybrid working, our client has forged a reputation for exceptional design solutions whilst also enhancing and complementing these special rural places and landscapes on behalf of their growing client base.
Covering a diverse range of projects across the UK for a variety of clients, with many sites located within some of the most breathtaking locations. Projects range from new exemplar country houses, design and delivery of mixed-use residential developments, various new leisure facilities, historic landscapes and day visitor attractions.
You will be working as part of fantastic interdisciplinary team of design and consultancy specialists.
The successful Recently Qualified Architect must be able to demonstrate excellent design skills alongside strong communication. You will also need a minimum of 1-2 years post qualification experience and be RIBA / ARB registered Architect.
Additional responsibilities for the Recently Qualified Architect
- Producing design drawings and models
- Write design specifications and schedules
- Experience of working across various Riba stages 0-7
- Attend client and other project meetings as required
- Help lead the design of projects where you are allocated this role
- Excellent designer with very good hand-drawing skills
- Good AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp skills.
- Strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
- Proficient in SketchUp
- Be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
