Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying and addressing any variances. Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and contracts. Support project teams in achieving financial targets and compliance with contractual obligations.Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment.
