Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a prominent Oxford Architectural practice, seeking to appoint a Project Architect to their growing team. With a healthy pipeline of projects across a range of interesting sectors, the practice is well placed to offer a Project Architect a position with plenty of progression opportunities and solid job security.
THE COMPANY: The company in question are one of Oxford's emerging names, with an enviable client portfolio serviced by a team of over 50 members of staff company wide. With offices across the UK, this enables them to offer nationwide coverage of services, with projects ongoing in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Community. The company is invested in Revit software and is constantly keeping up with an ever-changing industry. They pride themselves on promoting from within and allowing their staff to develop and progress in their careers. Project Architects applying to this position can expect to be encouraged to work towards Associate level and beyond. With a city centre location, this position is easily accessible to Architects in Oxfordshire and even potentially further afield with hybrid working an option.
THE POSITION - PROJECT ARCHITECT The position available is for a Project Architect with approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a job running capacity. The practice is particularly interested in Project Architects with Commercial, Education & Healthcare experience. The Project Architect will ideally have a background of running projects and leading teams on projects from concept to completion. Mentoring and developing Part 2 Architectural Assistants and recently qualified Architects will be part of your responsibilities going forward, so prior experience of this would be beneficial. Vacancies are also available for Recently Qualified and Senior Architects too!
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 & 3 level
- ARB registered / RIBA chartered
- Approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Project running experience, and comfortable in a client facing/team leading capacity.
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit would be ideal
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? The successful Project Architect will be offered a salary likely to be in the region of £38,000-£45,000 alongside a competitive benefits package that includes:
