A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy require a highly driven Project Architect to step into an exciting role based in their Billericay office.

The company provide construction and property consultancy across the majority of industry sectors including Commercial, Education, Industrial, Residential and Defence over a wide range of disciplines. Their commissions range from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to smaller value design and construction work – This in turn gives their employees fantastic opportunities to diversify their skill range and develop as an Architectural professional.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Architect who can confidently step in and run projects from inception to completion ranging in value up to 10m.
Project Architect Requirements:
- Part III RIBA qualified
- Min 5 years UK industry experience post qualification
- Experience of working on projects within Education, Public Sector, Residential, Social Housing and Healthcare sectors is desirable
- Advanced use of REVIT & desirable BIM experience
- Thorough understanding of the Building Regulations.
- Ability to produce specifications using the NBS Software.
The successful Project Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, up to 52k (dependent on salary), as well as the following benefits:
