Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer ready to take the lead on high-profile projects with a forward-thinking and well-established consultancy? We are working with a respected structural engineering practice near Nottingham that is continuing to grow its structural team due to a strong pipeline of work across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to play a key role in leading projects, managing client relationships and supporting the development of the wider team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer who enjoys a hands-on role combining technical delivery, project leadership and client-facing responsibility. You will oversee projects from concept through to completion, working across a variety of schemes ranging in value from £2m to £100m using all major construction materials including steel and concrete.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering and Chartered with either MIStructE or MICE status. A minimum of 6 years' UK consultancy experience is required, alongside strong design capabilities, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
