Passionate about sustainability and smarter travel? Our client is looking for an organised, creative and proactive Travel Plan Assistant to help deliver exciting projects that encourage walking, cycling, public transport and greener travel choices.
This varied role includes supporting community engagement events, travel surveys, marketing campaigns and social media content, while helping deliver high-quality Travel Plan projects across Norwich and beyond.
The role:
- Supporting sustainable travel campaigns, events and engagement activities
- Assisting with surveys, reporting and basic data analysis
- Creating marketing and social media content
- Coordinating project materials, suppliers and logistics
- Building positive relationships with clients, communities and stakeholders
About you:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- An interest in sustainability, travel, marketing or community engagement
- A proactive, positive attitude with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team
Experience in transport, sustainability, marketing or events is a bonus, along with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress or a full UK driving licence. A great opportunity to help shape more sustainable communities and make a real impact.
