As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be embedded across a varied portfolio of contractor-led infrastructure works, providing both traditional commercial management and broader strategic support across live and pre-construction projects.

About You

We’re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor with the confidence to manage core commercial responsibilities while also embracing the broader strategic and problem-solving side of consultancy services. You will ideally have:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Previous experience within infrastructure, civils, utilities, rail or contractor-led construction.
  • Strong NEC or JCT contractual knowledge.
  • Experience with subcontractor accounts, valuations and cost reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A motivated, solutions-led and ambitious approach.
