We're working with a small, specialist consultancy delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They're looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join the team, manage project costs, and work closely with directors to influence both projects and the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
  • Monitor project expenditure and report on financial performance
  • Support procurement, tendering, and contract management
  • Work alongside directors on project delivery and commercial strategy
  • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

What we're looking for:

  • MRICS-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with previous PQS experience
  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial processes
