Our client is growing its team and is seeking a Civil Engineer with ambition, curiosity, and a desire to develop. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of sectors including defence, education, aviation, and public realm, with involvement from early concept design right through to construction. It's an ideal position for someone keen to strengthen their technical capability while gaining experience in a collaborative, design-led environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to the design and coordination of infrastructure elements that support building developments. This includes:
- Drainage strategies
- Sustainable drainage systems
- External works
- Access roads
- Car park design
Alongside involvement in planning submissions, statutory approvals, and technical consents. Projects span the UK, with occasional opportunities to contribute internationally.
The role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on with design while working closely with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. Strong technical grounding in civil infrastructure design is expected, along with familiarity with UK standards and approval processes.
