Conrad Consulting is working with a leading property and building consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Bedfordshire team. The role is predominantly project focused, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of refurbishment, alteration, maintenance and improvement projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initial feasibility through to completion, including: Project management Contract administration Preparation of specifications and tender documentation Procurement and tender analysis Site inspections and project monitoring Contractor management Defect diagnosis and remedial works Planned maintenance and major refurbishment Technical due diligence Building surveys and condition reports Client reporting and project updates Managing project programmes and budgets You will work closely with clients, contractors and other professional consultants, providing a high level of technical and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
