We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a Manchester studio within a well-established architectural practice operating nationally. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects and supporting the continued growth of the team.

The Role

  • Lead technical design and coordination across RIBA Stages 3–6
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and quality standards
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to BIM workflows (Revit essential)

About You

  • Strong technical background with solid UK project experience
  • Confident delivering projects through to site
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM-led environments

  • MCIAT (or working towards) desirable
