Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a busy Architectural practice looking for a talented Recently Qualified Architect who wants hands-on project experience and support as they continue the journey to becoming an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architect in the near future. The firm delivers fantastic bespoke design projects with a focus in the Residential sector – Think Apartment buildings, housing schemes, BTR. All situated in the North of England.

What we’re looking for:

  • ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect (Completed RIBA Part 3 in the last 2 years)
  • Minimum of 3 years practice-based experience - At this stage we can only accept UK-based experience to contribute towards this.
  • Strong design ability
  • Communication skills - Written / Verbal / Presentation
  • Good personal skills - confident working with clients and colleagues
  • Team player who contributes ideas and enjoys collaborative working
  • REVIT & AutoCAD proficiency is advantageous; if not, strong 3D experience in other software will be considered
  • Full driving licence preferred

As a Recently Qualified Architect joining this practice, you will gain broad, varied project exposure across all RIBA stages — ideal for someone building a rounded portfolio. Importantly, you will also benefit from active support and mentoring through. The practice already has a track record for successfully supporting junior colleagues. You will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced team members as well as those who have recently gone through the same Part 3 process. With a friendly, supportive studio culture your design voice will be heard and you’ll benefit from collaborating in a close-knit team with a great working atmosphere!
