Conrad Consulting are looking for an experienced Architect with experience working on healthcare projects. This position is perfect for a Project Architect or Senior Project Architect eager to grow into a job-running role within a dynamic and expanding team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of exciting new projects across Manchester and the North-West. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare architecture in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior colleagues on Healthcare-sector schemes (Hospitals, etc).
- Attending site meetings.
- Confidently liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion.
Skills and Experience Required:
- ARB/RIBA registration.
- A minimum of 1 years post-qualifications experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and site experience, ideally having seen a project through to completion.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience/knowledge of Healthcare-sector Architecture would be advantageous.
- Motivated & A proven Self-starter.
