We're working with a respected construction business experiencing rapid growth across a diverse range of projects, including Entertainment space, Logistics, Utilities, Residential and Leisure.
They're looking for an experienced Director of Projects to lead a team of Project Managers while remaining hands-on with key projects. An excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and help shape the future of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee project delivery across multiple sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high standards.
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance (JCT essential; NEC advantageous) and support risk management.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and drive business development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to support growth and continuous improvement.
