Are you an ambitious Project Architect in London looking to take the next step in your career? One of the UK's most respected AJ100 architectural practices is seeking a talented Architect to join their thriving London studio, leading important projects within the Education sector. If you have previous experience within the Education sector, then this opportunity can really send you to the top of the class!

The Role
As a Project Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high‑profile Department for Education (DfE) framework projects, particularly Secondary School schemes. You'll lead both internal teams and external design consultants, guiding projects from concept through to completion. Client liaison, team management and hands‑on design leadership will all be part of your day‑to‑day.
Project Architect Key Requirements
- ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
- Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience
- Proven track record in the Education sector (Secondary Schools essential)
- Recent (2021-25) experience on the DfE Contractors Framework 21
- Strong communication skills - confident in client‑facing roles and the CEM process
- Experience collaborating with contractor teams on DfE High Value Band
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD highly desirable (Revit also considered)
- Demonstrable job‑running ability and knowledge of UK legislation
- Sketching/hand‑drawing skills advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
