A superb opportunity has arisen for an ambitious BIM Associate to join a highly regarded, market-leading engineering consultancy in London. As BIM Associate, you will take a leading role in the development and implementation of BIM standards, processes and workflows across a diverse portfolio of structural engineering projects. You will provide strategic direction to the BIM team, oversee project delivery, support and mentor colleagues, and work closely with engineers, architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistently high standards of digital delivery.
This is a role with genuine influence. You will help shape BIM strategy, drive continuous improvement, lead model coordination and information management, and contribute to the ongoing development of the consultancy's digital capabilities. There will also be significant opportunity to become involved in major and high-profile London projects, working alongside some of the industry's most talented professionals.
The successful candidate will have extensive structural engineering BIM experience, excellent Revit knowledge and a strong understanding of model coordination, information management and BIM standards. Leadership experience is important, together with the confidence to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders and champion digital best practice.
