The Role - Associate Architect
As an Associate Architect, you will lead projects from concept design through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of architectural quality. You will work on a diverse range of schemes, with an initial focus on Education sector architecture and community-driven projects.
Your role will involve:
- Leading and managing architectural projects through all RIBA stages
- Developing innovative, sustainable design solutions in collaboration with a talented team
- Liaising with clients, consultants and planning authorities
- Navigating UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy with confidence
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the studio's creative culture
Associate Architect Requirements
- ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect - essential
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit experience
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy
- Proven experience in Education sector architecture will be highly sought after
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
