Architectural Technician required to join a House Builder near Warrington. This vacancy has arisen for a talented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician looking to develop their existing architectural talents working on a number of Residential schemes and developments. Our client is a well-known Housebuilder. Their work is primarily very local with various sites currently undergoing development across the North-West region. They are undergoing a significantly busy period and as such they need a good, experienced Architectural Technician to join the team in an intermediate-level role.
You will work closely with an experienced team and will report into a team of senior colleagues. You will spend some time on-site, although your main duties will be office-based. This may include the overseeing of lesser-experienced Technicians and junior members of staff. You will be using AutoCAD on a daily basis, therefore it is preferred that candidates will have a good understanding of the software before applying for this role.
Key requirements:- At least 2 years' experience working within an architecture practice. Residential-sector background is preferred.
- Experience in the collation and submission of planning and building regulation applications.
- A proven proficiency with AutoCAD software.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- To be self-motivated and with a methodical approach to work with an attention to detail.
