  • Senior Architectural Technologist - The Role
  • Leading the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Involved across the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design development through to technical delivery and construction support
  • Preparing and coordinating planning and Building Regulations submissions
  • Liaising directly with engineers, consultants and contractors on timelines and specifications
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to inform project development
  • Supporting project management coordinating schedules, resources and junior staff
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while keeping everything on track
  • Ensuring full compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
  • What You'll Need
  • A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline
  • Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist - ideally at Senior level
  • Strong proficiency with Auto CAD
  • Solid grasp of UK Building Regulations and current legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
  • Confidence managing your own workload and mentoring junior colleagues

Desirable

  • MCIAT Chartered or working towards chartered status
  • Revit proficiency
  • A genuine interest and experience within commercial and industrial sectors
