- Senior Architectural Technologist - The Role
- Leading the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Involved across the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design development through to technical delivery and construction support
- Preparing and coordinating planning and Building Regulations submissions
- Liaising directly with engineers, consultants and contractors on timelines and specifications
- Conducting site visits and surveys to inform project development
- Supporting project management coordinating schedules, resources and junior staff
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while keeping everything on track
- Ensuring full compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- What You'll Need
- A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline
- Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist - ideally at Senior level
- Strong proficiency with Auto CAD
- Solid grasp of UK Building Regulations and current legislation
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
- Confidence managing your own workload and mentoring junior colleagues
Desirable
- MCIAT Chartered or working towards chartered status
- Revit proficiency
