The Role
- Manage the commercial aspects of highways projects across Suffolk and the surrounding region.
- Prepare cost forecasts, valuations, and financial reports.
- Administer subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to maximise value.
- Support contract administration in line with NEC forms of contract.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
About You
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Previous exposure to highways, highways maintenance, or major civil engineering projects.
- A good understanding of NEC contracts.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
