Contracts Manager Salary: Competitive + Package An established construction and infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a long-term position with responsibility across project delivery, commercial performance, client relationships and operational management. The Role You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of allocated projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of multiple construction and infrastructure projects. Take overall responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction. Lead and support project delivery teams. Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved. Manage client relationships and attend progress and commercial meetings. Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to maintain strong commercial control. Oversee subcontractor performance and supply chain relationships. Monitor project costs, variations, risks and opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. Review project performance and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S requirements and relevant legislation. Support procurement and subcontractor appointments. Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational performance. Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction, civils or infrastructure. Strong understanding of project delivery and contract management. Commercially aware with experience working alongside Quantity Surveyors. Experience managing multiple projects and delivery teams. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts. Strong leadership and communication skills. Full UK driving licence.
