We are working with a highly respected engineering consultancy looking to appoint a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join their established infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer seeking greater responsibility, exciting project exposure and genuine long-term career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of infrastructure schemes across the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors, managing projects from initial concept through to completion. You'll be involved in delivering roads, drainage and external works packages, while working closely with clients, Local Authorities and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
The role would suit someone with strong hands-on design experience in estate infrastructure, roads and drainage design, together with a solid understanding of Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 agreements, flood risk assessments and drainage strategies. Experience using AutoCAD and MicroDrainage is essential, while knowledge of Civil 3D and related infrastructure software would be highly advantageous.
Candidates should be degree qualified in Civil Engineering and possess at least 5 years' post-graduate consultancy experience, alongside excellent communication and report writing skills.
