A well-established construction consultancy is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to its Newcastle office as the team continues to grow. The role:
- Delivering pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
- Producing cost plans and estimates
- Managing procurement and tender processes
- Administering NEC and JCT contracts
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Working alongside clients, contractors and design teams
- Helping deliver projects from early design through to completion
About you:
- Consultancy experience is preferred, although candidates from a main contractor background are encouraged to apply
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Good working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership is desirable
- Comfortable managing your own workload and building client relationships
