The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking commercial audits and reviews.
- Reviewing project costs, contractual information and supporting documentation.
- Identifying discrepancies, risks and areas requiring further investigation.
- Assessing commercial information against contractual and project requirements.
- Preparing findings, reports and recommendations.
- Liaising with project stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Supporting effective commercial governance and assurance.
About You
You will have:
- Commercial management or quantity surveying experience.
- Experience in rail, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong auditing, analytical and reporting skills.
- A good understanding of commercial controls and contract administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.
