Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong M&E background to join their busy project team on an ongoing contract based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models for MEP services across live projects
- Manage and federate models using Revit and Navisworks
- Clash detection and issue resolution with design and site teams
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met
- Liaise closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally within M&E
- Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks experience
- Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment
- Available to work in the office five days per week
Long term, ongoing contract within a central London location and immediate start.
