Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale residential or hotel projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop robust design strategies that balance creativity, feasibility, and commercial viability.
  • Oversee the production of detailed drawings and models using Revit and other relevant software.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site appraisals, and produce clear, comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale housing, PRS/BTR, masterplanning, or hotel projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and confidence working in BIM-led environments.
