What You'll Be Doing
- Taking projects through all stages from initial brief to completion, with full technical ownership
- Producing detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Running construction projects on site across all RIBA stages (1–7)
- Attending new client meetings and playing an active role in business development and practice growth
- Carrying out contract administration and site management on small to medium residential schemes
- Working alongside the wider team, external consultants and clients to keep projects moving on programme and within budget
- Contributing to design team meetings and client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' Architectural Technology experience gained within UK practice
- Strong working knowledge of UK planning processes and building control requirements, particularly for domestic projects
- Proven ability to deliver across all RIBA stages, including contract administration and site-based delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD — both are essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’ll be client-facing and working closely with a small, collaborative team
- A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities within a smaller studio setting
- Valid UK driving licence
- Full eligibility to work in the UK
