What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking projects through all stages from initial brief to completion, with full technical ownership
  • Producing detailed construction drawings and specifications
  • Running construction projects on site across all RIBA stages (1–7)
  • Attending new client meetings and playing an active role in business development and practice growth
  • Carrying out contract administration and site management on small to medium residential schemes
  • Working alongside the wider team, external consultants and clients to keep projects moving on programme and within budget
  • Contributing to design team meetings and client liaison throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years' Architectural Technology experience gained within UK practice
  • Strong working knowledge of UK planning processes and building control requirements, particularly for domestic projects
  • Proven ability to deliver across all RIBA stages, including contract administration and site-based delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD — both are essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’ll be client-facing and working closely with a small, collaborative team
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities within a smaller studio setting
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
