This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation delivering a broad range of projects and professional surveying services for public sector clients across Cambridgeshire. Working with education, healthcare, local authority, and wider public sector organisations, you will be involved in the successful delivery of projects that make a genuine impact on local communities.
The role offers a varied workload encompassing both project and professional building surveying services, with responsibility for managing schemes ranging from maintenance and refurbishment projects through to larger capital improvement programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering a range of building surveying instructions for public sector clients across Cambridgeshire.
- Managing refurbishment, improvement, and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
- Undertaking contract administration duties and managing project delivery on site.
- Carrying out condition surveys, defect analysis, and preparing technical reports.
- Supporting planned maintenance programmes and asset management initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse public sector client base.
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within a Building Surveying role.
- Previous experience of undertaking condition surveys.
