The successful candidate will join a nationwide team of building surveyors and structural engineers delivering high-quality advice to a diverse commercial client base.
The Role
Working from home and covering a survey patch tailored to your location, you will undertake a broad range of professional and project-based commercial surveying instructions across multiple sectors. Typical duties will include:
- Commercial building surveys
- Dilapidations and schedules of condition
- Contract administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys
- Acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Preparation of detailed technical reports and recommendations
The position offers exposure to a varied workload while benefiting from collaboration with an established team of surveying and engineering professionals. There is also scope to contribute to business development activities and progress towards senior leadership or partnership-level responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- MRICS or MCIOB status
- Significant commercial building surveying experience
