Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly architectural practice looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant who wants hands-on project experience and clear support on the route to Part 3 and chartered status.
The firm delivers fantastic bespoke design projects with a focus on the private Residential sector – including new-builds, renovations & extensions as well as listed homes.
What we’re looking for:
- RIBA Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant keen to progress to Part 3
- Demonstrable UK industry experience
- Strong design ability
- Good personal and communication skills — confident working with clients and colleagues
- Team player who contributes ideas and enjoys collaborative working
- Vectorworks proficiency is advantageous; if not, strong 3D experience in other software will be favourably considered
- Full driving licence required
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with this firm, you will gain broad, varied project exposure across all RIBA stages — ideal for someone building a rounded portfolio. Importantly, you will also benefit from active support and mentoring through your Part 3.
