Project Architect Education Sector Specialist North Oxfordshire

I’m working with a well established, design driven architecture practice in North Oxfordshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Architect who can grow into a future leader within the studio. The Role

As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of Education sector projects from early concept through to completion. You’ll manage workflows, coordinate a small project team and act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants. You will be trusted with responsibility from day one, with the autonomy to shape projects and the support to develop into a senior leadership role over time.

About You

This role is ideal for a Project Architect with 5+ years of UK experience, particularly within the Education sector. It would also suit an Associate level Architect who feels they’ve reached a ceiling in their current practice and is seeking a genuine pathway to progression.

  • RIBA/ARB registration
  • Proven experience delivering Education projects in the UK
  • Strong client facing skills and confidence managing stakeholders
  • Experience leading small teams and coordinating project workflows
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and BIM capability (ArchiCAD or Revit)
  • Ambition, initiative, and a desire to grow into a senior leadership role
