This medium-sized practice has established an outstanding reputation for delivering distinctive, high-quality projects across the high-end bespoke residential and boutique hospitality sectors. Their London portfolio includes "Super Prime" residential developments in prestigious locations such as Mayfair and Chelsea, while their hospitality work focuses on creating immersive, experience-led environments that combine exceptional design with technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Architect with significant experience delivering complex projects within the UK. Whilst an appreciation for high-quality design is important, this role requires a strong technical grounding, excellent project management skills and the ability to confidently lead multidisciplinary teams. You will be comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating consultants and contractors, and resolving technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. The practice is seeking an ambitious and proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects, thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional architecture.

  • 25 days holiday plus additional benefits including life insurance, critical illness cover, death in service, pension contributions and professional fees paid
  • Clear progression opportunities towards Associate level
  • Flexible working arrangements within a collaborative and supportive studio environment
  • Opportunity to work on prestigious residential and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally
