Are you a Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking to progress towards Architect status with a well-established practice? This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a nationwide consultancy known for its collaborative culture and diverse project portfolio.

About the Role

Working from the Billericay office, you'll be involved across a genuinely varied project mix, including Education, Public Sector, Social Housing, Residential and Healthcare schemes. You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from scheme design through to Planning, Building Regulations, tender and construction - producing architectural drawings on Revit and AutoCAD - all ideal experience for anyone building towards their Part 3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the architectural team with scheme design through to detail design stage
  • Produce Planning and Building Regulations drawings on Revit and AutoCAD
  • Prepare working drawing packages for tender and construction
  • Liaise with internal and external consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Carry out measured surveys and attend site meetings
  • Support the Project Architect during the construction phase
  • Take on day-to-day running of specific projects under supervision, as your experience develops

About You

You'll be a RIBA qualified Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant, confident on Revit and AutoCAD, with a genuine interest in progressing towards Architect status. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach will serve you well in this team-oriented environment.
