We're working with a small, specialist consultancy delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They're looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join the team, manage project costs, and work closely with directors to influence both projects and the business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
- Monitor project expenditure and report on financial performance
- Support procurement, tendering, and contract management
- Work alongside directors on project delivery and commercial strategy
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
