The Role

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be coordinating construction information to develop innovative detail solutions. You will play a central role in bringing complex designs to life across a wide variety of sectors involving Education, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing fully coordinated design, technical, and construction information to support projects from concept through delivery.
  • Creating detailed solutions, preparing specifications including those produced through NBS Chorus, and advising on appropriate materials.
  • Ensuring all work meets current Building Regulations, industry standards, and essential health and safety obligations.
  • Acting as a central liaison with clients and statutory bodies to help secure necessary approvals.
  • Managing your own workload confidently and contributing effectively within a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
  • 3+ years post qualification experience.
  • CIAT Chartership (Desirable).
  • Strong technical design knowledge and understanding of the UK construction process.
  • Full proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD (Essential).
  • Working knowledge of BIM level 2.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction working methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
