Our client is a well-known name in civil and structural engineering, with offices throughout the UK. We are helping them to find a strategic hire in their London office. They are seeking an Associate to help lead the structures team, and there is potential equity on offer for the right person.
The position could be ideal for someone ready to take a step up their career ladder, or an established Associate who wishes to progress. Their project workload is varied and includes commercial, high rise, cultural and residential.
Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Confident individual, willing to take on the responsibility expected at this level

- Experience guiding and mentoring your staff, delegating work and ensuring efficient and effective delivery from all members of the team
