We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor at Associate Partner or Partner level to join our client's growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role, drive business growth, and progress toward Equity Partnership, sharing in the long-term success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the full scope of commercial Building Surveying services, providing expert advice across dilapidations, defect analysis, party wall matters, condition surveys, project monitoring, and technical due diligence.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Act as the primary client lead overseeing projects and programmes, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Contribute to strategic business management - supporting company operations, including financial planning, business development, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
Requirements:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified.
- Strong regulatory knowledge, including CDM compliance and the Building Safety Act 2022 implementation.
- Working knowledge of BIM would be preferable.
- Full UK driving license.
- Demonstrable experience operating at senior management level, with strategic decision-making responsibilities.
